A few weeks ago on Becoming Whole, I posted “Unveiling Holistic Intelligence”, where I introduced the methodology that drives my holistic practice. I spent over two decades refining this methodology and have applied it with tens of thousands of patients.

That’s how I know it works.

Healing is an art and a science, and while there is always an element of mystery to the healing process, healing is not magic … it’s pattern recognition.

Holistic Intelligence provides the foundation that allows me to see patterns that other practitioners can’t. It allows me to stretch my understanding of root cause medicine beyond cause and effect, and find great meaning in health crises. In this current series on Holistic Intelligence, I’m sharing the foundation of my approach with you so that you can become the leading expert in your own health.

When you understand how to apply the Holistic Intelligence Method, every therapeutic tool or modality you engage in, from supplements and medications to talk therapy and somatic experiencing, is more effective.

Holistic Intelligence makes everything more efficient.

When you apply the Holistic Intelligence Method to your health, the brokenness of our conventional healthcare system becomes irrelevant, because while you may still be dependent on the system’s resources, you don’t actually need the system itself. You have a new one- and it’s not fragmented or broken. It’s rooted in the wholeness of you.

The first step in the Holistic Intelligence Method is to become aware of where imbalance exists across the four quadrants of health- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

One way to develop this awareness is to complete the free HQ assessment and reflect on your results.

Get your HQ score

Once you have your HQ score, you can easily identify which of the four quadrants is the primary source of imbalance. If you scored lowest in the physical quadrant, definitely check out the practices and guidance in “The Intelligence Of Physical Form”.

If you scored lowest in the mental quadrant, or you generally identify as someone who is stuck in your head, this piece holds the key to your next steps in your healing.

*Note that if you scored lowest in the emotional or spiritual quadrants, stay tuned because next week I’ll cover the emotional quadrant and the following week I’ll address the spiritual.
