If you’re wondering what happened to the series I was writing where I broke down the Seven Root Causes of Dis-ease, rest assured, it will be resuming shortly.
Over the past few weeks hundreds of you have been using my new Holistic Intelligence (HQ) assessment tool (thank you so much!) and have expressed wanting to go deeper with your results, and I wanted to give you something to work with right away … so here were are, on part 3 of a 4 piece series designed to help you optimize your Holistic Intelligence.
If you missed the background, Unveiling Your Holistic Intelligence can fill you fill. And you can get your HQ score HERE.
Holistic Intelligence is the methodology that allows me to see patterns that other practitioners can’t. It’s why people who come to my private practice experience breakthroughs after having been stuck for so long. It’s the antidote to a broken healthcare system that compartmentalizes and fragments health in harmful ways. More about the cost of compartmentalized healthcare in How To Decompartmentalize Your Health.
One of my current intentions is to teach more of you how to apply The Holistic Intelligence Method so you can use it to transform the landscape of your healing journey. I want you to become the most trusted expert in your health and stay empowered, even when you’re reliant on a system that’s broken and sick.
The first step in the Holistic Intelligence Method is to become AWARE of your relationship with each of the 4 quadrants of health. One way to do this is to get your free HQ score and reflect on the results.
Another way to do this is by reading A Technology That Can Heal All Disease and reflect on how you distribute your attention across the four different quadrants of your health. Contemplate how balanced you are overall, as well as how balanced you are in each of the four quadrants. This contemplation can begin to reveal the patterns that drive how you experience dis-ease. Once you are aware of how balanced (or imbalanced) you are, you can begin to explore the nature of imbalance in each quadrant.
In other words, is there too much attention in a particular quadrant, or not enough awareness at all? Which quadrants do you have a tendency to push yourself too hard in and which ones do you neglect?
The more you understand these patterns the easier it is to identify root causes and prevent future dis-ease.
The goal of this series is to help you deepen your understanding of how imbalance presents for you and how to restore wellbeing through each of the four quadrants.
The Intelligence of Physical Form focused on the physical quadrant, The Medicine of The Mind addressed the mental quadrant, and this piece will cover imbalance in the emotional quadrant, as well as what to do about it.
