Thank you so much for these kind words and for that feedback. I’m thinking of doing a series about these themes and also a series of live workshops that you can drop into so stay tuned for all of it and thank you again for these kind words support. 🥰
Your work is simply amazing. Every piece you write has such depth and wisdom and a truth that deeply resonates. Thank you so much for what you offer (while supporting a sick household and a private practice!). Please speak more about root causes, it feels essential.
Your recent series about healing reconforted me at a critical moment in my life – I am experiencing dis=ease acute heart failure, striking me. I’ve been reading you in the hospital during the process of investigation and treatment.( I was struck with tachy myopathy from long-standing a fib)
Your writing shed light into the darkness I found myself – me the transitioning, family, physician in integrative medicine,, functional, endurance athlete!
I did some of the practises you recommend according to the themes that ring Truth to me,
. I wanna thank you again and praise you for this most interesting series. I will look forward to the follow up you intend.❤️🩹. 🏹
Hi Philippe, your message is so meaningful to me. I’m really moved by the fact that my writing has offered you some support during this pivotal and challenging time. It’s notes like this that encourage me to keep writing and it reminds me how powerful words can be. Holding sone space for you in my heart today in support of your healing process. ❤️
More please! This is so fascinating and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this wisdom with us. I am eager to read everything you have to offer on the core wounds.
In my energy psychology practice, I have found the same themes to frequently show up. I wold be interested in hearing more of your observations as to core themes/patterns.
Hi Larry! Thank you for sharing this. It’s so validating to hear that you’ve seen similar things. I’m considering doing a series on all these themes and also set of monthly live workshops- so stay tuned 😊
I have been struggling with digestive issues for decades and am currently having a flare up which is so annoying. The questions you listed could not have come at a better time. 😊
I can relate and I am so sorry! In my 20s I went to the ER twice with gallbladder and in my 30s after having it out two more times with gastritis. As I’ve regulated my nervous system and healed my crown chakra my gut is about 90% better for the past 12 years
Yes- because we all have all of these wound patterns- but I would say that the art of what I do is identify the one that sits beneath all the others. I always find that there is one, that when addressed, impacts all the others. We don’t need to get it right the first time because sometimes we have to start at the surface to get to deeper layers but once we find that one, the healing really sets in.
It feels both breathtaking and affirming to read these four in one place. It is totally resonant and I love the opportunity to be able to read it out in the world, strengthening my own intuitive experience and in doing so addressing even some of the wounding caused by those patterns. Thank you for this post!
Thank you for interesting articles💖 I would also love to hear more about core themes/root causes of different ailments. I am particularly interested in autoimmune disease (I have Grave’s disease) and I have been searching for some time to find the root cause, and I believe it is possible to cure from autoimmune diseases if I find the root cause, so I am grateful for any help and insights in that area 🙏💖
Noted! I’m cooking up a series about these root causes- written and in workshop form. In the meantime, definitely read the 2 articles I wrote about the root chakra. They will be a great start. I’ll post the links here for you.
The work you do is beyond amazing. You are a true genius in the arena of healing. Every single article you have written resonates as truth.
Thank you for the time and effort you put into your articles. I look forward to reading them each time they come out.
I would love to hear more of your thoughts on core themes/patterns.

Yes!!!! I love when you dive deep into a topic or theme, and live workshops are incredibly powerful (for me anyway).
Yes to this! It sounds wonderful! 💫
I second this!!
Noted and thank you so much. 🙏

Thank you for these words. Your kind feedback means more than you know. Noted on the root causes- I’m planning to do more on this topic!

Yes, this resonates with my personal and professional experience very much! Thank you for sharing these thoughtful reflections. ♥️
Thank YOU for taking the time to read and comment, and thank you for the work you do 😊
Great article as usual. Definitely interested in learning more about core themes.
Thank you so much! Noted and enough people have given me that feedback that I’m already plotting more on these core themes!

I have been struggling with digestive issues for decades and am currently having a flare up which is so annoying. The questions you listed could not have come at a better time. 😊
You’re so welcome! I highly recommend exploring the first and third themes I wrote about. I see these two most often with digestive issues. 😊
Thank you! Will do.

Thank you for sharing your experience and I am so very happy that you are 90% better. May you hit 100% perfection ASAP.
For me, it is a struggle with IBS-C along with severe bloating. Perimenopause has not helped matters but I am hopeful that I can put this behind me.
Bravo Anita! So happy for you. 🥰
Thank you for this information. Is it fairly common to fit into more than one category?
